This returns and refunds policy explains your consumer rights under UK law when you purchase reports or subscriptions from FindMyBuyer. Because we provide digital content (AI-generated buyer intelligence reports), some rules are different from physical goods.

UK law normally gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase and get your money back. However, there is an important exception for digital content.

Exception for Digital Content

When you buy a report from us, you receive it instantly. Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you lose your right to cancel once you have received digital content and agreed to this loss of rights. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and consent to immediate delivery of your report and that you are giving up your 14-day cancellation right.

What This Means

Once you've paid for a report and received it, you cannot later decide you've changed your mind and request a refund simply because you no longer want it. The content has been delivered and is yours to keep.

This only applies to the content itself. If the content is faulty or doesn't meet quality standards (see below), you still have full consumer protection rights.

Goodwill Refunds

Beyond our legal obligations, we want you to be happy. If you're genuinely unhappy with a report you've purchased, we may consider a goodwill refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following:
