These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FindMyBuyer website at findingmybuyers.com ("the Service") operated by NATUS ENERGY LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Service.
1. About the Service
FindMyBuyer is an AI-powered tool that generates buyer analysis reports and marketing recommendations for small businesses and tradespeople. The Service consists of:
- Stage 1 (Free): An AI-generated analysis identifying 10 potential buyer types for your business.
- Stage 2 (Paid — Pro plan): A detailed marketing action plan including buyer profiles, messaging frameworks, channel strategies, and fully managed social media content — generated, scheduled, and auto-published on your behalf.
2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
This is the most important section of these Terms. Please read it carefully.
All reports, buyer profiles, marketing recommendations, content suggestions, and other output generated by FindMyBuyer are produced by artificial intelligence. This content:
- Is not professional marketing, business, financial, or legal advice. It is AI-generated information provided for general guidance only.
- May contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. AI systems can produce content that sounds plausible but is factually incorrect.
- Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any business decision. You should exercise your own judgement and, where appropriate, seek independent professional advice before acting on any of the content.
- Does not guarantee any particular business outcome. We make no representations or warranties that following the recommendations will result in increased customers, revenue, or any other business benefit.
- Is generated based solely on the information you provide. The quality and relevance of the output depends on the accuracy and completeness of your input.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept that you use AI-generated content entirely at your own risk.
3. Social Media Management (Pro Plan)
Overview
Pro subscribers may connect their social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) or authorise FindMyBuyer to create and manage a Facebook Business Page on their behalf. By connecting accounts or authorising managed Page creation, you grant us permission to publish AI-generated marketing content to those platforms on a scheduled basis.
Authorization and account ownership
By connecting a social media account or authorising managed Page creation, you grant FindMyBuyer the following rights:
- To access your account using OAuth tokens or API credentials
- To schedule and publish AI-generated marketing content to your account(s)
- To create, edit, and manage business pages on your behalf (for managed Facebook Pages)
- To view basic analytics about published content
You remain the owner of your account at all times. You can disconnect from your dashboard at any time, which immediately revokes our access. You can also revoke access directly through the social platform's own settings.
Connected accounts
When you connect a social media account (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn), you authorize FindMyBuyer to publish content using the platform's API. The authorization process uses OAuth, which means:
- You log in securely through the social platform
- We receive an access token that allows us to publish on your behalf
- You control what permissions we have through the social platform's authorization interface
- The token is stored securely in our database with encryption
- You can revoke access at any time from your FindMyBuyer dashboard or the social platform directly
Managed Facebook Pages
If you do not have an existing Facebook Business Page, you may authorise FindMyBuyer to create and manage one on your behalf. By ticking the authorisation checkbox during the Pro upgrade process, you consent to the following:
- We will create a Facebook Business Page under NATUS ENERGY LTD's Meta Business Manager, named after your business.
- We will publish AI-generated marketing content to this Page on a scheduled basis.
- The Page is managed using a System User token — you do not need your own Facebook account to benefit from this feature.
- You may request transfer of the Page to your own Facebook account at any time, at no additional cost.
- If you cancel your Pro subscription, the managed Page will be unpublished within 14 days unless you request a transfer.
AI-generated content and review process
All content published to your social media accounts is generated using artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude). Before publication:
- Content is created based on your buyer report, business profile, and marketing recommendations
- You can preview all scheduled posts in your FindMyBuyer dashboard before publication
- You have the right to edit, modify, or delete any scheduled post
- You retain final approval authority over all content
- You are responsible for ensuring all published content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies
User responsibility for content
While we generate and publish content on your behalf, you are ultimately responsible for all content published to your social media accounts. This includes:
- Reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with laws
- Ensuring content complies with platform terms of service, advertising standards, and consumer protection laws
- Respecting third-party intellectual property rights
- Complying with relevant regulations in your jurisdiction
We provide a content calendar in your dashboard where you can preview, edit, or remove scheduled posts before they are published. You should exercise care and prudence before approving any post for publication.
Platform actions and liability
Each social media platform enforces its own terms of service, content policies, and community standards. FindMyBuyer is not liable for:
- Account suspension, restriction, or termination by any platform
- Content removal or flagging by any platform
- Loss of access to your account due to platform policy violations
- Platform changes, updates, or policy modifications
- Reduction in reach, impressions, or engagement of your posts
- Any action taken by a platform in response to content published through our Service
You acknowledge that by publishing content to social media platforms, you are subject to each platform's terms of service, and FindMyBuyer is not responsible for enforcement of those terms.
Token management and expiration
OAuth access tokens used to publish on your behalf may expire or become invalid over time. When this occurs:
- FindMyBuyer will automatically attempt to refresh your token
- If automatic refresh fails, scheduled publishing will stop and you will receive a notification
- You will be given the option to reconnect your account through your dashboard
- Your scheduled posts will remain in the queue until you reconnect or choose to delete them
Platform compliance and API usage
Our use of social media platform APIs (Meta Graph API, TikTok Content Posting API, LinkedIn API) is subject to each platform's terms of service and developer policies. We comply with:
- All platform API terms and rate limits
- Each platform's content policy and community guidelines
- Each platform's data protection and privacy requirements
- Each platform's advertising and promotional standards
We reserve the right to suspend or limit auto-publishing if required by any platform's policies, if your account is flagged by a platform, or if we detect compliance violations.
Disconnecting your accounts
You can disconnect your social media accounts at any time by:
- Using the disconnect option in your FindMyBuyer dashboard (immediate effect)
- Removing FindMyBuyer from your account settings on the social platform directly (also immediate)
When you disconnect, all stored access tokens are revoked and deleted, and all scheduled publishing to that platform stops immediately.
Cancellation of Pro subscription
If you cancel your Pro subscription, the following occurs:
- All scheduled social media posts are cancelled
- No further content will be published to your accounts
- All stored access tokens are revoked and deleted
- Any managed Facebook Pages will be unpublished within 14 days unless you request transfer to your own account
- You may request transfer of any managed Facebook Page to your own account before it is unpublished
4. Who Can Use the Service
The Service is intended for use by business owners and self-employed individuals aged 18 or over who are based in the United Kingdom. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
5. Your Account and Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and truthful information about your business when using the Service.
- Reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it in your marketing or business activities.
- Ensuring that any content you post based on our recommendations complies with applicable laws, including advertising standards, consumer protection law, and data protection law.
- Not using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
6. Pricing and Payment
Stage 1 of the Service is provided free of charge. Stage 2 requires payment. We offer the following pricing options:
- One-off report: A single payment of £24 for a one-time report. This is yours to keep permanently.
- Monthly subscription: £9.99 per month, which includes access to updated reports and fresh content. You may cancel at any time (see Section 8).
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but any price changes will not affect purchases or subscriptions already in progress.
7. Digital Content and Your Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose, and as described. If you believe the Service has not met these standards, please contact us.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance purchases of digital content. However, by proceeding with the generation of your paid report, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the report has been generated.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty or not as described.
7.1 Content Editing & Performance Guarantee
FindMyBuyer generates social media content using its proprietary AVT (Awareness, Value, Targeting) scoring model. This content is optimised for maximum engagement with the client’s identified buyer archetypes. Where a client edits, modifies, or replaces AVT-optimised content and declines the system’s recommended alternative, FindMyBuyer’s engagement and lead generation performance estimates shall not apply to those modified posts. The client accepts full responsibility for the performance of content they have chosen to alter against the system’s recommendation.
8. Refund Policy
One-off reports (£24)
Because your report is generated immediately upon payment using AI processing, and the digital content is delivered instantly, refunds are not generally available once your report has been generated. This is because:
- The AI processing cost is incurred at the point of generation.
- The digital content has been fully delivered and cannot be "returned".
- You consented to immediate delivery and waived your cancellation right before the report was generated.
However, we will provide a full refund if:
- The Service failed to generate your report due to a technical error on our side.
- The report was substantially not as described (e.g., it contained no meaningful content or was for the wrong trade/location).
- You were charged more than once for the same report.
Monthly subscriptions (£9.99/month)
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
How to request a refund
Contact us at info@findingmybuyers.com with your payment confirmation and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process any approved refunds within 5-10 business days.
9. Cancellation Policy
Monthly subscriptions
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. To cancel:
- Manage your subscription through Stripe's customer portal (a link is provided in your payment confirmation email), or
- Email us at info@findingmybuyers.com and we will cancel it for you.
When you cancel, you will retain access to any reports already generated. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. All scheduled social media posts will be cancelled, and any managed Facebook Pages will be unpublished within 14 days unless you request a transfer to your own account.
Pre-delivery cancellation
If you wish to cancel after payment but before your report has been generated (which typically takes under 30 seconds), please contact us immediately. In practice, because reports are generated instantly, this window is extremely short.
10. LaunchPad Website Service — Content and Liability Disclaimer
Your responsibility for your website content
When you use LaunchPad, we provide you with a website building and publishing platform. All content published on your website through the LaunchPad service — including pages, images, text, forms, and any other material — is entirely your responsibility.
You acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for all content published on your website. This includes ensuring it complies with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party intellectual property rights.
- NATUS ENERGY LTD provides the platform, not legal or compliance advice. We provide the hosting and publishing platform only. We do not provide legal, compliance, or professional advice regarding your website content.
- NATUS ENERGY LTD takes no liability for your content. We take no liability for any content you publish, any claims arising from that content, or any consequences resulting from publishing that content online.
- You are responsible for legal compliance. You must ensure your website complies with all applicable regulations including advertising standards, consumer protection law, data protection law, and any industry-specific requirements relevant to your business.
Your website belongs to you. The responsibility for what appears on it belongs to you too.
11. LaunchPad Website Service — Cancellation and Data Portability
What you receive during your subscription
LaunchPad subscribers receive a professionally built, managed website hosted and maintained by FindMyBuyer. Your subscription includes website hosting, domain management (where applicable), AI-powered content generation and publishing, the AVT (Awareness-Value-Trust) marketing engine, automated social media content scheduling, buyer intelligence analytics, and all associated backend services that power your online presence.
What you own
You own your business name, your domain name (if registered in your name), your business content and images that you provided to us, and any customer data or enquiries you have received through your website. These remain your property at all times.
What happens if you cancel
If you cancel your LaunchPad subscription, the following applies:
- Your website files: Upon request, we will provide you with a static copy of your website files (HTML, CSS, images) within 30 days of cancellation. This is a non-functional snapshot of your site as it appeared at the time of cancellation.
- Your domain: If we registered a domain on your behalf, we will assist you in transferring the domain to a registrar of your choice at no additional cost, provided you request the transfer within 30 days of cancellation.
- Your data: Any customer enquiries, contact form submissions, or lead data collected through your website will be exported and provided to you in a standard format (CSV) upon request within 30 days of cancellation.
What you do not receive upon cancellation
This is an important clause. Please read it carefully.
The FindMyBuyer backend platform, including but not limited to the following, is proprietary technology owned by NATUS ENERGY LTD and is not included in any data export or website transfer:
- The AVT Marketing Engine — Our AI-powered content generation system that creates marketing copy, social media posts, and buyer-targeted messaging based on the Awareness-Value-Trust framework.
- Automated content publishing — The scheduling and publishing system that automatically posts content to your connected social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Buyer intelligence and analytics — The AI-driven buyer profiling, market analysis, and lead scoring technology that powers your buyer discovery reports.
- The FindMyWay guided experience system — The interactive tour and onboarding technology embedded in your website.
- Dynamic website features — Any server-side functionality, API integrations, database connections, serverless functions, or real-time features that require the FindMyBuyer backend to operate.
- Content regeneration — The weekly AI-powered content refresh cycle that keeps your social media and website content fresh and relevant.
- Session recording and analytics — Any heatmap, session recording, or user behaviour analytics data collected through your website.
Upon cancellation, the static website copy provided to you will be a non-functional snapshot. All backend functionality, automated publishing, content generation, analytics, and AI-powered features will cease to operate immediately upon the end of your subscription period. Your website will no longer receive new content, and any dynamic features will stop functioning.
To be clear: what you take with you is your website's appearance — what you leave behind is the engine that made it work. This includes all content creation, publishing automation, marketing intelligence, and the technology platform that powers your online presence.
Reactivation
If you cancel and later wish to reactivate your LaunchPad subscription, we will endeavour to restore your previous website and backend configuration, subject to availability and any changes to our pricing or service offerings. Reactivation within 90 days of cancellation is typically straightforward; after 90 days, your website data may no longer be available and a fresh build may be required.
12. Intellectual Property
Our intellectual property
The FindMyBuyer website, branding, design, and underlying technology are owned by NATUS ENERGY LTD. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
Your report content
Once you have purchased a report, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the AI-generated content in your report for your own business marketing purposes. This means you are free to:
- Approve the social media content that FindMyBuyer publishes on your connected accounts.
- Adapt and modify the content to suit your needs.
- Use the buyer profiles and strategies to inform your marketing decisions.
You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the report or its content as a standalone product.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any AI-generated content, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of customers, loss of business opportunities, or reputational damage.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report or subscription period giving rise to the claim.
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
14. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. If we make significant changes that affect paid subscribers, we will provide reasonable notice.
15. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic (AI processing), Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn (social media publishing). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.
When you connect social media accounts or authorise managed Page creation, you acknowledge that the relevant platform's terms of service apply to all content published through our Service. If any platform suspends, restricts, or terminates your account or our API access, we are not liable for any resulting loss of service.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@findingmybuyers.com. We will try to resolve the matter informally before any legal proceedings.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
