How do I connect my social media accounts? ▼
Go to your
Social Setup page from the dashboard sidebar. Click the platform you want to connect, authorise access, and you're done. Posts will start publishing automatically.
My posts aren't publishing. What should I check? ▼
First, check the
Calendar page to see if posts are scheduled. If they show as scheduled but aren't going out, your social token may have expired. Disconnect and reconnect the platform in Social Setup.
How do I cancel my subscription? ▼
You can cancel from
Account → Cancel in your dashboard. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. Your domain and a static copy of your site will be exported for you.
Can I change my business name or domain? ▼
Business name changes can be made in your
Account settings. Domain changes require a support request below so we can update DNS records for you.
Where can I see my published posts and analytics? ▼
The
Analytics panel in your dashboard shows posts published, posts scheduled, content freshness, and a recent activity feed.
